Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Placement Manager to oversee the placement process within the banking and finance industry. This role involves managing the end-to-end placement process, building relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction on both sides. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the banking and finance sector, strong interpersonal skills, and a track record of successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring needs and organizational culture.
Consult with clients to define job specifications, requirements, and candidate profiles.
Provide market insights and advice to clients regarding talent acquisition trends and competitive compensation packages.
Candidate Management:

Identify, attract, and engage top talent for roles within the banking and finance sector.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements effectively.
Provide career coaching and guidance to candidates throughout the placement process.
Placement Process:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Ensure a seamless and efficient process for both clients and candidates, handling any issues or concerns that arise.
Track and report on placement metrics and success rates to drive continuous improvement.
Market Research:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in employment legislation.
Utilize industry knowledge to advise clients and candidates on best practices and emerging opportunities.
Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate details, and placement activities.
Prepare and present regular reports on placement activities and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience as a Placement Manager, Recruitment Consultant, or similar role within the banking and finance sector.
In-depth knowledge of banking and finance industry trends, roles, and required skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple placements simultaneously.
Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
