We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team, providing essential support to our HR Department in the recruitment process. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals keen to kick-start their careers and gain invaluable experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates for Finance roles through various job portals.
Assist in posting job vacancies across multiple platforms.
Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and participate in initial interview rounds.
Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system.
Assist in new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
