Job description
Preparation of application of salaried employed under various programs based on a profile of the
customer for PL (Personal loan).
 KYC checks, regularity checks (PAN and Aadhar verification through DIGI locker, Any address
proof, etc.) CIBIL analysis. Checking Frauds in Employment details, App address details
 Financial updating and Loan tracking from all possible sources, CIBIL, banking analysis, Sanction
letter (Including EMI tracking, written off and settled loans).
 Finding personal contact no., online various websites like India Mart, Zauba-Cheching customer’s
profile, etc.
 Calculating eligibility under program Income program repayment surrogate, banking program’’ in
some cases we need to arrange physical verification with the customer
 Working on software and CRM for loan applications.
 Coordination: co-ordinate with sales, direct dealing with Customers through calls & emails for
clarification & exceptions.
