As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector, including potential clients, partnerships, and market segments.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, brokers, and other industry professionals.

· Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

· Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs and drive business growth.

· Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, including negotiation and contract management.

· Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and expand professional network.

· Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.

· Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or real estate brokerage, with a minimum of 2 years of Experiance.

· Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics, including market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Experience with real estate-specific tools and databases is a plus.

· Valid real estate license (if applicable) and willingness to travel as needed.
