Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging curriculum materials and lessons in accounts, taxation, and banking financials.
Utilize various teaching methods and techniques to facilitate effective learning experiences for students.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them develop practical skills and knowledge applicable to their careers.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning environment and contribute to the success of the finance and accounting program.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in finance and accounting, with expertise in accounts, taxation, and banking financials.
Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic educational setting.
Prior experience in teaching or training is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in finance and accounting is desirable.
