Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Accounts & Finance Manager to support our accounting and finance team. The successful candidate will assist in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

– Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes

– Handle GST, TDS and Taxations work

– Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations

– Analyze financial data and provide insights to management

– Assist in auditing and financial reporting processes

– Develop and implement financial processes and controls

– Supervise and train junior accounting staff

– Collaborate with external auditors and financial institutions

– Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects

Requirements:

– 6 years of accounting and finance experience

– Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
