Job Role Overview:

As a Junior Manager/Assistant Manager in Finance at Parle Products, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to drive business performance. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance monitoring to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process, including revenue projections, expense analysis, and cash flow management.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing financial reports, statements, and presentations for management and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Cost Management: Monitoring and analyzing costs, recommending cost-saving initiatives, and implementing controls to optimize expenses and improve profitability.
• Audit and Compliance: Supporting internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CMA) preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
