Job Title: Junior Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Analyst to join our Investor Relations and Fundraising team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company’s efforts in maintaining strong relationships with investors and successfully raising funds for various projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Investor Communication: Assist in managing communications with existing investors, including preparing and distributing regular updates, responding to inquiries, and organizing meetings and presentations.
• Market Research: Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to provide insights that inform investor relations strategies.
• Fundraising Support: Collaborate with senior team members to prepare materials for fundraising activities, including pitch decks, investment memorandums, and financial models.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential investors, investment firms, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the company’s investor network.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating investor events, such as roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings, to promote the company’s investment opportunities.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of investor communications, interactions, and preferences using CRM systems or other tools.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure alignment and coherence in investor messaging and activities.
