As a Finance Analyst Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis and reporting, contributing to the financial decision-making process within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Description:

– Financial Data Gathering: Assist in collecting and organizing financial data from various accounting departments.

– Financial Reporting: Compile and analyze financial reports, identifying discrepancies that need senior management’s attention.

– General Ledger Management: Support the management of the general ledger and assist with risk management, particularly concerning accounts receivable.

– Report Preparation: Prepare financial reports with reliable conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategies.

– Forecast Modeling: Assist in developing forecast models to predict revenue changes and expenditure increases/decreases.

– Market Research: Conduct research on financial trends and market conditions to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in gathering and organizing financial data from all accounting departments.

– Compile, analyze, and present financial reports to senior management.

– Help manage the general ledger and support risk management initiatives.

– Prepare detailed financial reports with actionable insights.

– Develop and analyze forecast models to support budgeting and financial planning.

– Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Desired Skills and Experience:

– Internship Experience: Some relevant interning experience in the finance field is required.

– Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

– Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.

– Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.

– Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and assess credit risks accurately.

– Passion for Digital Assets: A keen interest in digital assets and the cryptocurrency space is highly desirable.

– Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions.
