Full job description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting and Inventory Management Specialist to join our team in Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with 1-2 years of experience in accounting and inventory management. The candidate should be proficient in maintaining books of accounts, stock keeping, and bookkeeping, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
Record all financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
Prepare financial statements, analytical reports.
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Assist in preparing data and filing of tax returns.
Inventory Management:
Oversee and manage inventory levels.
Perform regular stock counts and audits.
Ensure timely replenishment of stock.
Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions.
Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss.
Manage, record & control stock movements.
Microsoft Excel:
Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for accounting and inventory purposes.
Analyze data and prepare reports using Excel.
Utilize Excel functions to streamline accounting and inventory processes.
Bookkeeping:
Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions.
Update and manage the general ledger and other accounts, calculations etc.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounting and inventory management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with inventory management systems.
Knowledge of GST and other tax regulations in India.
Familiarity with Tally Prime or Tally recent versions.
