Position: Finance Telecaller

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential clients over the phone, discussing our financial products and services, and persuading them to consider our offerings. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our financial products and services.

– Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and preferences.

– Provide accurate information about our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.

– Persuade potential clients to schedule appointments with our financial advisors or to purchase our products/services.

– Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.

– Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Requirements:

– Previous experience in telesales, preferably in the finance industry.

– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

– Knowledge of financial products and services.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
