Full job description
Overseeing daily operational activities of a specific process and ensuring they comply with standards and guidelines.
Monitoring and tracking process performance, providing regular reports and updates to management
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
Coordinating with other departments or teams to ensure consistency and synergy across processes
Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the process, including its purpose, outputs, and the actions required to deliver these outputs
Ensuring all tasks within the process are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Managing process-related risks and issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary
Ensuring process documentation is kept up-to-date and is accessible to relevant stakeholders
Training and supporting team members in the execution of the process.
experience in CRM and advance excel is good to have.
Civil Diploma and B.tech is preferred.
